Size and condition of the home
Level of cleaning required
Additional services requested
📌 Appointments & Access 
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply. 
📌 Cancellations 
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. 
📌 Satisfaction Guarantee 
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Spotless Care Solutions LLC is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage
